Kayaks can be rented if experienced or with lidence. The house from the 19th century and was an active merchant area with steamboat harbor, postoffice, and market. Renovated with new bathroom. Right by secluded beach facing spectacular mountains, perfect for hiking, fishing or just slow living under the midnight sun or northern lights. Wood-fired sauna (extra cost) and two small canoes (not in use autumn/winter) for guests. Several design classics from the 1960's and selected personal objects give the house a distinct look and atmosphere.

Populært sted for toppturer med og uten ski. Ved å kjøre kun få timer kommer en til andre fantastiske fjell, strender og vakre tettsteder i Lofoten og Vesterålen. Det tar 20 min. å kjøre til Svolvær, 15 min. til Svolvær lufthavn.
