Benvenuti a Montevento! La porzione di casa in affitto fa parte di un antico casale in sasso risalente al 1600. Luogo perfetto per immergersi nella natura, ci troviamo a 700 mt s.l.m. , ai margini di un castagneto secolare e del bosco. E' possibile godersi varie passeggiate tra cui il sentiero CAI 422c Dragodena-Vedettola passante davanti alla casa. Raggiungibile solo attraverso mezzi privati, dista 45km da Bologna, 48km da Modena e 100km da Firenze. La strada di accesso al casale è asfaltata.

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. The apartment is located in a complex of three ancient houses whose origins date back to the thirteenth century, one of which is a manor house. Everything has been renovated in a country style.
