En el primer piso está la cocina abierta, sala, chimenea y balcón privado. Baño recién restaurado y habitacion con cama doble muy confortable y con ventana hacia la ciudad. Y para completar una linda experiencia, un altillo con vista al atardecer y hamaca para relajarse.

Disfruta de un ambiente acogedor tranquilo y relajante en medio de la naturaleza, es un espacio para disfrutar en familia o con amigos, con una vista espectacular, tiene un horno de leña para asados y una amplia zona de camping. Muy cerca de allí se encuentra Choachi (termales-la chorrera), Ubaque (laguna) y el corregimiento de Fómeque, La Unión (río y piscinas). Vale la pena ir y cambiar el ambiente de la ciudad para tener un verdadero descanso.

Dispones de una magnifica cocina equipada y puedes usar todas las zonas exteriores. Es para todos un perfecto lugar de montaña, para temporadas largas o cortas sin restricciones en el servicio de agua.
