Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the views, the location, the atmosphere, surrounded by a park of 900 olive trees a touch of Tuscany in the center of Veneto 5 minutes from the motorway near the most beautiful cities in Veneto Venice Verona Vicenza Treviso. Casa Francesca è uno splendido casale del primo 900 immerso in un parco privato, perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità e contatto con la natura. Il casale è un bellissimo open space indipendente di oltre 60mq con angolo cottura, salone con caminetto e stufa, un'ampia camera da letto e un bagno. In giardino, la zona barbecue con gazebo è a disposizione per grigliare e rilassarsi nel verde. Non mancano l'orto con gli alberi da frutto e le galline per provare il sapore della vita di campagna.

La zona è centralissima, comoda ai servizi (supermercato, farmacie, fermata vaporetto, negozi). Ideale per raggiungere qualsiasi museo e luogo d'interesse: dista a soli 10 minuti da Rialto e 20 da Piazza S. Marco. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla Stazione ferroviaria S. Lucia. Comodo anche dall'aeroporto Marco Polo.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Zattere English Cottage close to Guggenheim

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is fully equipped, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace , the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.
