Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. There is a kitchen equipped with cooking station, fridge, all sorts of cookware, pans, kitchen tools and running hot water. The bathroom has been renovated and it has hot water whole year. Distance from the sea is only 20m.

Studio apartman smješten na najvišem katu kuće, koncipiran je kao open plan a obuhvaća kuhinju sa dnevnom sobom i spavaonicu, kupaonu, balkon sa pogledom na more. Kuća se nalazi u mirnom dijelu grada Hvara, u neposrednoj blizini franjevačkog samostana te ima veliki vrt i puno zelenila. Prva plaža udaljena je 50 metara od kuće a centar grada 5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more.
