Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

We are available 24/7 and can quickly assist you by boat in case of questions or emergencies. As the boat is not covered by Airbnb's insurance, a refundable €500 security deposit is required for its use.

Voel je welkom op onze boot. We hopen dat je net zo netjes met onze boot omgaat als wij. Binnen mag er uiteraard niet gerookt worden. Geen probleem voor jou? We verwelkomen je graag. In overleg kun je ook onze sloep huren (vaarbewijs vereist). Kinderen zijn welkom als zij een zwemdiploma hebben.

You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Binnen een half uurtje ben je in hartje Amsterdam of Utrecht. Uniek is de lichte woonkeuken met rondom grote ramen en openslaande deuren naar het terras. Vrij uitzicht op zwanen, eenden, meerkoetjes. En ‘s avonds plof je neer bij de open haard.

The area is famous for biking and hiking but also boat trips along the river Vecht with its castles and famous historic houses. You can enjoy the great nature (many birds) with one of our bikes or our kayak. Self catering / without breakfast.

Watergang is a small village 10 minutes from the center of Amsterdam. Watergang is easily accessible by public transport. You can enjoy cycling and canoeing here. We have a canoe and bicycles that you can use. In addition, De Hut has a garden with a pond and lots of privacy. There is also a barbeque that you can use. And of course the beautiful Amsterdam nearby.
