Το Bellezza cottage είναι ισόγεια κατοικία εμβαδού 55 τ.μ και χωρητικότητας έως πέντε ατόμων. Relaxing and spacious two storey house with a breathtaking panoramic sea /port view, within walking distance to the town center. Private entry +110 square meter space, a living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed, 1 with 1 single beds, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The house can accommodate up to five visitors. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the living room has air condition. Please enjoy your cocktail or dinner at the veranda under the moon.

Iσόγεια κατοικία 35τμ με ωραίο περιβάλλοντα χώρο κήπο και βεράντες στο νότιο άκρο της Κεφαλλονιάς στο χωριό Πεσσάδα Το σπίτι απέχει από την παραλία 500μ και από το Αργοστόλι την πρωτεύουσα του νησιού 9χλμ (συνίσταται αυτοκίνητο, λεωφορείο του Δήμου για Αργοστόλι μία φορά την μέρα). Υπάρχουν τράπεζες, σούπερ μάρκετ, νοσοκομείο και φυσικά νυχτερινή ζωή Στην Πεσσάδα υπάρχει μικρό λιμανάκι όπου αράζουν μικρά σκάφη καθώς και φερυ μποτ για Ζάκυνθο.

Villa Marika

A beautiful home with views of the port of Vathy and a pleasant stroll through the small laneways to the centre of town. It is a quiet street but close to the cafes & bars. It is baby friendly and very clean. Guests under 6 years old do not pay (do not include them in the total number of guests when booking). Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Άνετο σπιτι για μία οικογένεια , με δύο υπνοδωμάτια , με μπαλκονάκια στο μπροστινό μερος και με χώρο στην πίση αυλή , 15 μέτρα απο την θάλασσα και 100 μέτρα απο το κέντρο της πρωτεύουσας του νησιού .Στα 15 μέτρα απόσταση έχει ιδιωτικό χώρο με πλυντήρια για ρούχα.

Captain’s house

Το “Captain’s house” είναι ένα μεγάλο σπίτι που βρίσκεται στην παραλία του κέντρου της Σάμης της Κεφαλονιάς, με εξαιρετική θέα, μόλις 5 λεπτά από την παραλία και κοντά στο λιμάνι. Βρίσκεται επίσης κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σε καφετέριες και μπαρ. Σημείωση: Υπάρχει σκάλα που ανεβαίνεις στον δεύτερο όροφο όπου βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα.

Studio Podochi

Ένας ενιαίος, ισόγειος, ευρύχωρος χώρος 45 περίπου τμ, με έντονα στοιχεία πέτρας και ξύλου και με διακόσμηση από την παλιά Ιθάκη. Διαθέτει μία περιφραγμένη αυλή χωρίς θέα. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς στο κέντρο του Βαθέως και σε απόσταση περίπου 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια υπάρχουν όλα όσα χρειάζεται ο επισκέπτης κατά την διαμονή του.
