Το Bellezza cottage είναι ισόγεια κατοικία εμβαδού 55 τ.μ και χωρητικότητας έως πέντε ατόμων. Βρίσκεται στο Βαθύ στην Ιθάκη σε μια εξαιρετική τοποθεσία που εξασφαλίζει καταπληκτική και ανεμπόδιστη θέα σε όλα τα δωμάτια του προς τον φυσικό κόλπο, τη θάλασσα και τα γύρω χωριά. Διαθέτει πλακόστρωτη αυλή 130 τ.μ με τραπεζαρία κάτω από την πέργκολα και σαλόνι εξωτερικού χώρου καθώς και ιδιωτικό BBQ. Η Ιδιωτική πισίνα διαστάσεων 3μΧ4μ και βάθους 1.40 μέτρα εξασφαλίζει στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας.

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

The house can accommodate up to seven visitors. All bedrooms and living room have air condition. Please enjoy your coffee, cocktail or meal at the two verandas with a breath taking view.

Ploes Luxury Cottages “Meliti” overlooking the sea

Meliti is a one level cottage, consisting of 1 bedroom which sleeps 2 guests with an en-suite bathroom. It can accommodate 1 extra guest on the living room sofa bed, or maximum 2 kids. The house offers amazing sea views from all areas, especially the view from the bed will stay memorable. Relax in the cosy sitting room, prepare dinner or relax in the outside furniture enjoying total serenity, as well as the calming sound of the sea.

Villa Marika

A beautiful home with views of the port of Vathy and a pleasant stroll through the small laneways to the centre of town. It is a quiet street but close to the cafes & bars. It is baby friendly and very clean. Guests under 6 years old do not pay (do not include them in the total number of guests when booking). Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Άνετο σπιτι για μία οικογένεια , με δύο υπνοδωμάτια , με μπαλκονάκια στο μπροστινό μερος και με χώρο στην πίση αυλή , 15 μέτρα απο την θάλασσα και 100 μέτρα απο το κέντρο της πρωτεύουσας του νησιού .Στα 15 μέτρα απόσταση έχει ιδιωτικό χώρο με πλυντήρια για ρούχα.

Captain’s house

Το “Captain’s house” είναι ένα μεγάλο σπίτι που βρίσκεται στην παραλία του κέντρου της Σάμης της Κεφαλονιάς, με εξαιρετική θέα, μόλις 5 λεπτά από την παραλία και κοντά στο λιμάνι. Βρίσκεται επίσης κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σε καφετέριες και μπαρ. Σημείωση: Υπάρχει σκάλα που ανεβαίνεις στον δεύτερο όροφο όπου βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα.
