The building is hardly 1.5 kms from intl. airport, 2.8 kms from dom. airport , 1.2 kms from Railway stn, 2 kms to Attukal Temple , 550 meters from Padmanabha swamy temple. The building has ample parking space and is connected to the NH bypass( 300 meters) with access to Technopark( 10 kms) and Kovalam (10 kms).
