This self-contained accommodation is yours for the stay. The property is centrally located in the valley of the Gartempe, southeast of Poitiers, and is really a hidden treasure.

Traditional spacious house in pretty village

Relax in this charming and spacious house with south facing sun terrace. This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Old Water Mill

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

Décorée avec charme et équipée avec soin et qualité. Jardin privatif clôturé avec dépendances. Vue imprenable sur la campagne. Au pied de notre belle église fortifiée.

Châteauponsac dit Perle de la Gartempe est un village fortifié, bâtit sur un éperon rocheux. La maison est une ancienne bergerie surélevée de 2 niveaux jouissant d'un panorama exceptionnel sur la vallée de la Gartempe avec ses jardins en terrasse, son pont dit "romain", le quartier historique du Moustier et l'Eglise Saint Thyrse. Artistes, pêcheurs, randonneurs, passionnés d'histoire et de vieilles pierres nous serions ravis de vous accueillir dans notre belle région du Limousin.

Petite maison de 60m2, dans village calme, donnant accès à des chemins de randonnée. A 38min du Val de Vienne, proche futuroscope, 1h de Limoges et 5 min du dorat, gare à 3min liaison Poitiers -Limoges. Au RDC : un salon avec un canapé convertible, un coin TV. Dans une autre pièce une cuisine équipée (four, lave vaisselle, micro-onde) et une salle de bain avec douche et WC. Lave linge à disposition. A l'étage : une chambre avec lit de 140x200 Une petite cour attenante à la maison.

All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.
