Hummingbird House Utila

Hummingbird House is a beautiful/quaint 2 br home. Accommodations include, parking, WiFi & kitchen. Each Bedroom has a separate entrance (via the outside stairs) both with a Queen Bed, bathroom, air conditioning, mini-refrigerator/microwave, bed linens and towels. A unique feature is the private rooftop deck that is great for sunning & star gazing. Guests can enjoy snorkeling nearby, take a swim at Chepas Beach or enjoy a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride into town. Ferry pick up is available upon request.

Paradise Palms Cabin #1

Relax and enjoy this unique and tranquil Tropical Island Experience. Completely furnished Cabins with Hot water in shower, lavatory, and sink. Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle, + lots more. In the living room there’s a very comfortable sectional sofa with coffee table, wifi and smart TV with preloaded apps and cable channels. Enjoy the outdoor Palapa and BBQ pit for those special events. At the back of the cabin there’s an outdoor hot water shower.

Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea and coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #1 and #3 are also available for booking.

These beautiful bright and sunny, fully furnished one bedroom apartments are complete with full sized beds, kitchen with minimal amenities for short term stays, living room, WiFi, air condition, ceiling fans, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, hot water. This property is waterfront with a rooftop terrace and boat dock access, and beautiful views of the Utila upper lagoon. Directly across the street is the Caribbean Sea and Trudy's restaurant.

Bluebird's Nest - 5 minute walk to center of town

Conveniently located near 3 grocery stores. 7 min walk from ferry dock and 20 min walk from public beach. The house sits on a shady private yard with many trees including mango, nance/craboo, guinep, banana, and a breadfruit tree. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Electricity is paid separately for stays 1 month or longer. Parties are not allowed in the house or on the premises nor are any guests not listed on the booking.

All the restaurants, bars and party spots are very close, you will not need a taxi or moto or car from this place. Casa Colorada is located on the Utila Cays, just 20 minutes by boat from Utila. The apartment is facing the ocean and is located in the ground floor of the house with direct access to the ocean. The ambiance of the property invites to relax in a hammock, sunbathe, go snorkeling or swimming and to enjoy quiet evenings around the fire pit. Moreover the property is close to local restaurants and convenience stores.

The Little Grass Shack

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.

Beach House in the Trees - Sleeps up to 5!

The Beach House in the Trees is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a large rustic, self-contained studio loft among the swaying palms, with panoramic views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. Our triple bunk sleeps 3 (extra charge over 2 guests). Utila’s family vacation spot!
