Our guest suites are private bedrooms w/private bathrooms w/private entrances for independent guests. We offer scenic views, native plant gardens & dark skies, comfortable bed, private redwood deck and patio. NO kitchen: fridge, coffee maker and tea kettle only. 15 minutes from Arches National Park and 50 minutes from Canyonlands NP.

Rancho Sin Vacas is a beautiful, 12-acre property on the N. Fork of the Duchesne River at the base of the Ashley National Forest in Hanna, UT, 78 miles east of SLC. The cabin has an updated kitchen, dining, living with new sofa sleeper, bath, bedroom, bedroom cantilevered over river, deck, and fire pit. The cantilevered room is the only legal cantilevered structure over the river. It has 2 ponds, 2 canals, 4 llamas, and 1 alpaca. It is the perfect river retreat!
