Enjoy some of your favorite movies in our spacious theater room with recliners for all. We also have a private patio where you can grill up some steaks and relax in the hot tub. This basement apartment has a private entrance with plenty of parking on the street, including trailers. No smoking, parties, or pets.

We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and NO children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house or FAMILY GATHERING PLACE.
