Scenic Loft in the Woods

Come relax for a getaway in our elegant guest loft! Located near the end of a quiet road with lots of wide open fields and beautiful tree lines! Our loft features a cute kitchenette, plenty of closet space, TV(YoutubeTV & Roku), an extremely comfortable bed! The loft is kept very clean and neat and will be stocked with all the essentials. Access to a beautiful 33' above ground pool! We are conveniently located about 5 miles from downtown Abbeville, and only a 10 minute drive to Erskine/Due West!

The Cottage in Spartanburg

This charming & private studio cottage is located in Spartanburg's downtown historic district Hampton Heights. Guests will find a comfortable foam mattress sofa bed (no bars or springs), full bathroom, closet, & complete kitchen amenities. Located less than a mile from restaurants, bars, m-league ball park & shops of Downtown Spartanburg, and close to Converse Univ., VCOM, and Wofford College, this cozy studio cottage is the perfect place to rest your head after a busy day visiting the Upstate.

Modern Cabin Retreat w/ Sauna

This space was designed with love and care and the hope that all who stay here feel relaxed and connected to nature. We recently added a cedar barrel sauna that heats up quickly and is user friendly. Often we don’t see guests but I’m always available for questions and recommendations. We live "next door" on the same property with our two young sons. The cabin is located in a neighborhood, so while it hopefully feels removed from any hustle and bustle, there is access to many conveniences.

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

La Bella Farm

Do you want to be close to Clemson(11 miles), Anderson(9 miles) OR Greenville(20miles)! Do you want to just get away from all of the noise and busy life. Then you have found your spot! This is a great detached garage apartment. Settled in the quiet country side of Pendleton SC. 1 bedroom&1 bathroom with an additional sofa bed&blow up mattress. Great view of nothing but beautiful land from the kitchen window yet minutes away from Death Valley,restaurants,shopping and 85.

Private loft apartment on 25 wooded acres, sits separate from main farm house. Private deck overlooking the woods. Everything you need for a cozy stay. Located on the edge of the Blue Ridge Escarpment with lakes Jocassee and Keowee just a few miles away. Numerous state parks, hiking, biking , waterfalls and kayaking or just peace and quiet. We are a sustainable homestead with an organic garden, chickens ,quail, dogs and cats. Our water comes from a natural spring.

Situated in a 3+ acre gated compound surrounded on three sides by Fairforest Creek, our guest house feels like a mountain hideaway yet it's only a 3 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg. There is a dedicated 2 car parking pad for our guests and excellent lighting from the parking area all the way to the cottage.
