The perfect retreat for small families, friend trips, those home to visit or relocating.

Please don't come here - If you're looking for big city lights, mod cons & public transport. Please do come here - If you're interested in growing your own food, keeping bees, hiking, food preservation, nature, chickens & geese, bats, birdsong & silence (hens/geese/wildlife permitting!). The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

Tom Rocky’s Farmyard

This old farmyard has undergone a beautiful restoration. The open space & scenery all around here is stunning, with the Devils Bit mountain as a backdrop. It is a really peaceful spot. There is a large, enclosed yard space and an open shed area with lights & seats, and a roofed kids play area. The old market town of Templemore is a 4 min drive, boasting a beautiful town park with woodland walks & a lake. We are just 12 mins drive from Exits 22 or 23 on the M7 Dublin-Limerick motorway.

Dromsally Woods Apartment

Newly refurbished one bedroom apartment in the heart of Cappamore village. Located in a quite development with all mod cons. Its only a 20 minute drive to Limerick City and close to Clare Glens and Glenstal Abbey. The perfect place to chill out or it can be a home away from home for those working and travelling with a dedicated work station and good internet. A car is recommended but there is a good bus service that operates from Limerick City to Cashel about 6 times a day - the 332.

The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

Located 5 minutes from heritage town Abbeyleix in co. Laois is Villa Jokubas a log cabin village set on a hill overlooking surrounding countryside. All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Be treated with all modern luxuries inside and outside, enjoy expansive yard, covered patio areas with private modern hot tubs, "Kamado" BBQ grills, fully stocked bar with taps of our home brewed IPA beer. The Pandora Cabin Kilcommon is rurally set on the southern foothills of the Silvermines mountains, midway between Limerick for visits to St. Johns castle , Glenstal Abbey and Thomond Park. Nenagh for boating, fishing or sailing on Lough Derg. Thurles for visits to Holycross Abbey and Semple stadium and Cashel for visits to The rock of Cashel. Special local attractions include Upperchurch loop walks, The Kilcommon Pilgram Loop walk, and the Kilcommon prayer garden.

Situated 2 min from Exit 23 off the M7 Motorway on the outskirts of the village of Moneygall where the pub and shop are within walking distance. It provides a wonderful base for exploring the heart of the country while also allowing further journeys to some iconic tourist sites.

The self catering apartment is located over the garage and separate from the main house with its own private entrance and is accessed by stairs. There are lots of activities to enjoy in the area, hiking, kayaking and various other water sports. There are many excellent golf courses close by.
