This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

THREE large bedrooms, fireplace for off season warmth. Great year round! Our unit is in close proximity to year round owners and families. This condo is NOT to be rented for parties. NO GROUPS allowed per condo association policy. If you rent under false pretenses you will be told to leave with no refund.

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!
