This is a very spacious Grade 2 listed one double bedroom cottage, with exposed beams and Horton stone walls, refurbished to a high standard. Downstairs there is a large sitting room with two comfy sofas and armchair, and a kitchen/dining room. Upstairs is a double bedroom with bathroom en suite. It is perfect for cosy weekends away from the hustle and bustle of life!

The Annex is located in a quiet, small residential Court in a village location. There is a local pub/restaurant a short stroll away, otherwise local amenities can be found in Banbury, a couple of miles away, including supermarkets, restaurants, cinema and main line train station (London, Marylebone 50 mins, Birmingham New Street/Snow Hill 40 mins, etc.).

The Barn

Private secluded period barn set within the grounds of our home in Wigginton, a quiet small village in Oxfordshire on the edge of the Cotswolds close to Soho Farmhouse. The entrance to the barn is through a private driveway with off street parking.
