The fire pit, open backyard, and large family room, with electric fireplace, make it very comfortable for a stay-in relaxing evening. We are located less than 12 miles from popular destinations such as Sight & Sound, Dutch Wonderland, Fulton Opera House, Downtown Lancaster, Tanger Outlets, Spooky Nook, the town of Lititz, the town of Intercourse, etc.

Make memories with your whole family at this beautiful cozy place . You are at a convenient location right along Main Street (Route 23 ) with lots of places to visit near by . Our patio has a grill, a hot tub, and picnic table with extra seating , a perfect place for a relaxing evening outside . Our fully functioning kitchen  will make cooking meals easy . And the basement has a kids play area and a foosball table .  We hope you might enjoy the space as much as our family does .

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

The Shaeffer House, Lancaster, Central & Charming

Originally built in 1920 by a father for his seamstress daughter, this beautifully restored brick home is ready to welcome you for your stay. Refinished hardwood floors, a new kitchen and charming details make this the perfect retreat for your time away. Centrally located on Main street in Leola, you can enjoy quick and easy access to Lancaster county attractions. Please note that the listing includes the full original home, and that the A frame addition is occupied by a quiet tenant.

The Kings Touch is right in the heart of Amish Country. You can sit on the front porch and watch the Amish Buggies go by or watch as they work in the fields. We are two miles away from Outlet shopping, Dutch Wonderland, The American Music Theater and within a ten minute drive of Sight and Sound Theater. During your stay look for amish roadside stands. There are many shops and restaurants nearby as well. We are in the heart of the tourist area and we hope you love it as much as we do!
