Lovingly converted industrial building with rich history, in the Yorkshire village of Clayton West, on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The surrounding countryside is very peaceful and quiet. The flat is self-contained, with an entry hall with kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bed-sitting room. A cosy, well equipped apartment for up to 5 guests on the ground floor of an old corn store building. Lovingly converted in 2016. The accommodation includes a private entrance with parking for 2 cars, a private garden with romantic entertaining space and direct access to Pingle Cluck where you can collect eggs! The farm sits in an enviable location surrounded by fields yet within walking distance to the shops, cafes and restaurants. We accommodate dogs and we own our own private dog park.

Ryecroft House, Large apartment near Holmfirth

Ryecroft House is a former farmhouse that dates back to the Seventeenth Century. It is situated in Ryecroft, a hamlet of half a dozen or so houses, a little less than a mile above the centre of Holmfirth. There is plenty of off-road parking and a substantial garden for guests’ use. Guests’ accommodation is the top floor of the house. Access is through the main house, so we share a staircase and hallway, but the flat itself is fully independent with a lockable entrance.
