Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

MindfulDen - pure enjoyment of a vibrant town centre right at your doorstep or a den for contemplation at your own pace. All attractions are within walking distance as well as best cafes, restaurants and even Castle Hill park. House built around 1700 represents a historic monument where in 1911 a famous drugstore 'Drogerija Kanc' was founded by my G-G-father. Nowadays, thick walls represent the best ecological/sustainable protection against heat and noise - so no air conditioning. Welcome!

Best Lake View Apartment

The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Unique apartment in small village

The apartment is located in a house from 19th century, which used to be a mill. The apartment is renovated and really cosy to spent some peaceful time in. In front of the house is a little pond and a creek flows by. Outside, by the pond, is a little hut which can be used for outside dinning. Behind the house is a beautiful green forest with hiking trails. The house is located in a small village named Kamna Gorica, just 20 minutes by car to Lake Bled and 35 minutes to Ljubljana.

From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.
