From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. Se encuentra en el elegante distrito de Chamberí (MadridCentral), con conexión directa por Metro al aeropuerto, los lugares de interés en Madrid (Palacio Real, Museo del Prado, IFEMA, Gran Vía...) y las estaciones de alta velocidad ferroviaria. The location is very central, but in the Conde Duque neighborhood, where it's peaceful to stroll. It's a renovated old house with plenty of natural light and four balconies overlooking the square. Being centrally located, there may be some noise, and while the windows have been restored, they don't completely block street noise as they are original, not PVC. The kitchen is modern and open-plan. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a full bathroom.

En una planta se encuentra el salón con sofá cama, smart TV, cocina integrada totalmente equipada y baño con enorme ducha de pared a pared y radiador para secar las toallas. En la otra planta se encuentra el amplio dormitorio con enormes armarios y zona de lectura con cómodo sofá y lámpara, así como zona de lavadora con tendedero interior y equipo de planchado. El piso cuenta con aire acondicionado frío/calor e internet de alta velocidad.
