We are a family run property business established in 2016. We have a rental portfolio in West Yorkshire and more recently have branched out into holiday lettings. We pride ourselves on creating properties - whether it be for long term rental or holiday lets - to an exceptional standard, to ensure that the customers we serve have an excellent experience. Barley Lodge

Barley Lodge is one of two new luxury lodges available at Mossyard which have been exclusively designed for us to provide the ultimate seaside retreat. Mossyard, home of the McConchie family for five generations, is a working farm situated in a magnificent coastal location four miles west of Gatehouse of Fleet. With a choice of sandy beaches a short walk away The lodge has a wonderfully spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living area with doors that open on to a deck overlooking Mossyard beach.

Gate House Lodge

We are proud to be offering The Gatehouse, a one off bespoke lodge with a distant sea-view on a working farm. Located at Cherry Trees Farm Nr Deal, Kent. It is full of charming character, boasting a beautiful log burning fire, its own facilities, parking and to top it off a local pub across the road. It is a fantastic location for those that love nature, walking and an experience of rural life. We also accept a dog as the garden is fully secure. We also have ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING ON SITE.

Lane End Cottage

You will be staying on the edge of the village with views of fields, woods and hills. Only a few minutes riverside walk to village centre where there is a variety of places to eat , shops, pubs, Brewery! homemade Gelato! Your room is a comfortable double ensuite room with its own access . There is tea and coffee making facilities in the room, access to a utility room with sink, toaster, fridge , toilet and washing machine. There is outdoor seating, private parking and room for bicycles.

FREE WIFI. Look out of your stable window and stable door to horses and alpacas and red deer grazing. There is a terrace with table and chairs to sit outside and take in the Warwickshire countryside.
