This newly renovated studio is perfect for quick comfortable stay but has all the essentials for a extended visit. You have your own private oasis w/ private patio to relax. Located in east Orlando, this beautiful studio is minutes away from the UCF College and downtown and within 30 minutes from all major theme parks. This studio has a comfortable memory foam mattress and beautiful bathroom w/ rain shower. There is also a 65" smart TV & a kitchen uniquely designed with light cooking needs

The Relaxed Bohío

This is a beautiful and comfortable Room equipped with a queen size bed, a large full bathroom, a kitchenette, a mini fridge, a Microwave, a Cofee Maker and a TV. Internet included. It is located 15 minutes from the MCO Orlando Airport; 20 minutes from the Florida Mall and 30 minutes from most Themes Parks. It is also located around many restaurants, shopping centers and major highways. Please be aware that we do not provide food other than coffee, also we do not have washer and dryer.

Peculiar One bedroom Studio.

"(Non Smoker and No Pets)". This is an amazing and comfortable studio. It is a separate portion of my home with a reserved parking space on our driveway In the kitchen there is a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave and a coffee maker. There is also an under counter washer and dryer. The sitting area includes a small couch with a twin mattress. This place is close to Walmart and Publix (5 minutes away). All attractions including Disney, Sea World and Universal are within 20-30minutes.

Enjoy your stay in this beautifully decorated studio with all the conveniences of home. The bed is Queen. We are located in College Park of Orlando. On Edgewater Drive there are restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. Close to downtown , 30 min. from all the attractions, and 5 min. from one of the city’s largest hospitals, 23 miles from ORMC airport. Walking distance from the historic Dubsdread Golf Club and restaurant. Pet fee required. Please make sure to add the pet to the reservation.

Our Studio is nestled in Chuluota near Oviedo, UCF, Geneva on historically beautiful Lake Catherine. Our lake is land locked and feels very private where you can relax and enjoy the view. Coffee on the lake in the mornings or a glass of wine at sunset is what we live for and you can enjoy that same view from our paradise that we call our Key West Studio.
