Self contained 2 story Cottage in a stunning 4 acre hobby farm, under 5 mins from the town of Penguin, at the base of the Mt Dial to Cradle Mountain range. The cottage has everything in place. Full kitchen, class touches, private deck & garden looking out to sea, and gentle farm sounds from Llamas, sheep & other and animals! A lovely farm experience, but still close to town & many local attractions.

Riverside Gardens at Acacia Hills

On the bank of the Don River, just 15 minutes from Devonport, the two bedroom unit attached to our home has a private entrance, two queen beds with an extra single bed and/or cot on request. If reserving for 1 or 2 guests, only one bedroom will be accessible unless communicated at the time of booking. The unit has fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dining setting. BBQ in the undercover courtyard for guests. Continental breakfast included. There is no kitchen sink so we do the dishes!

Close to beach, river etc. Base for commuting to Cradle Mountain, Stanley and the many other attractions on the North West and West Coast. Twenty minutes to the Spirit of Tas Ferry and regional airports. There is ample off-street parking. Ideal position for the city with great cafes, supermarkets and Hill Street IGA nearby. Just a short walk away to the Mersey River with its shared bike and walking path.
