Haus Alpenblick in Oetz /Tirol

Mitten im Oetz befindet sich Ihr Ferienhaus. Das Ortszentrum können Sie zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im EG befindet sich eine Wohnküche, ein Esszimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen. Außerdem ist im EG ein zusätzliches separates Badezimmer. Im 1. OG sind 2 SZ mit Doppelbetten und ein großzügiges Bad. Vom überdachten Balkon haben Sie eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Im 2.OG befindet sich ein weiteres SZ mit Doppelbett. Seit Herbst 2020 steht Ihnen eine neue gemütliche Terasse zur Verfügung.

Das wunderschöne Haus mit großem Garten liegt ruhig u. direkt am Fuße des Bärenkopfs. Das Haus ist kompl. eingerichtet. Fußweg zum See ca. 15 Min. Großer sonniger Wintergarten mit Kamin, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, vollausgestattete Küche mit Tisch, Gästeklo u. Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Im 2. Stock befinden sich 3 separate Schlafzimmer mit schönem Bergblick, zwei davon mit großem Balkon und ein schönes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Außerdem Waschmaschine, Carport, W-Lan, Fehrnseher.

Seehaus Zeppelin - Dein Hideaway direkt am See

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil und eine interessante Geschichte. Das Seehaus wurde bereits in den 30er Jahren vom berühmten Graf von Zeppelin erbaut. Heute ist es ein komplett renoviertes Hideaway, das immer noch mit der ursprünglichen Fassade Gäste aus aller Welt einlädt. Das Seehaus Zeppelin liegt direkt am See mit eigenem Seezugang. Es ist als Retreat für zwei Personen, bspw. Paare oder Freunde konzipiert. Egal ob Workation, kreative Auszeit oder nur zum Relaxen.

Hello and welcome to Alpegg Chalets! In 2016, we, Cornelia and Roland, fulfilled our dream in Cornelias hometown of Waidring, specifically in the quaint district of Alpegg. With meticulous attention to detail and a lot of passion, we built our Alpegg Chalets: six cozy chalets made from natural wood, ideal for hiking days, ski vacations, or relaxing wellness retreats. Our motto is to arrive, feel at home, and experience nature, and we look forward to welcoming you to our chalets!

Chalet Astrid

Wir liegen auf einem Plateau inmitten von Wiesen und Wäldern oberhalb von Oetz im Ötztal und sind Ausgangspunkt für herrliche Wanderungen. Der Piburger See ist in 20 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Direkt bei uns gibt es einen Naturteich mit weitreichenden Liegewiesen. Auch die Area47 ist lediglich 4 km entfernt. Canyoning, Biken, Tennis, Paragleiten, ... Die Schiarena Hochötz ist von uns aus in 6 Autominuten zu erreichen. Auch Kühtai, Sölden oder Obergurgl sind in unserer Nähe.
