Our farmhouse is located only 2 minutes away from the village center of Bach. The farm is over 300 years old and has been in the family for several generations. Therefore it was important for us to keep the charm and character of the house. The barn was transformed into unique living space. We offer two 75m2 apartments and one with 250m2. Coziness, tradition and quality are our priorities. The farm is surrounded by meadows and you can hear the water from the Alperschonbach in the background.

Der Donkhof ist ein rund 200 Jahre altes Tiroler Bauernhaus und wurde in den letzten Jahren unter Verwendung ökologischer Baustoffe von uns liebevoll kernsaniert. Im gesamten Haus befinden sich Massivholzböden, die Wände sind mit Kalkputz und Lehmfarbe gestaltet. Greates was renovated in 2022 and combines Tyrolean architecture with modern architecture. The loggia flat offers space for 4 people. In the Greates house there is another flat and a large garden. Guests who are quiet and love outdoor activities are very welcome. We do not want parties and celebrations.
