This great property is centred in the seaside town and is the largest of the two cottages that we host. Free parking on the doorstep. 30 second walk to stunning curved beach, promenade, off shore sculpture and links golf course. Walking distance to local amenities and church point where dolphins are sighted. From here you can explore the rest of this heritage coastline. Newcastle’s city centre is less than 30 mins drive. Alnwick castle(filming location for Harry Potter)is a 45 min drive in land.

Tucked away in the heart of Preston village, Stanley cottage is detached and set out on one level. Preston village lies 1.1 mile inland from the beautiful Tynemouth longsands, between Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. Only a mile to a metro station giving access to the cities of Newcastle, Gateshead etc. The south facing high walled garden has a wood fired hot tub for all 5 guests to unwind and relax. (Fuel not supplied) The compact layout has been sympathetically modernised to suite today's lifestyle.

Hepscott is a quiet pretty village two miles south of Morpeth. There is easy access from both the A1 and the A19. Morpeth is an attractive busy market town with ample shopping, dining and drinking establishments. Nearby there are beautiful beaches and historic castles. Northumberland is an ideal destination for walkers and cyclists. Here at Hazel Cottage we can offer secure storage for bicycles and free parking. Morpeth railway station is close by with regular trains from London and the north.

Seahorse Cottage is a luxury cottage in the heart of Newbiggin by the Sea’s high street and conservation area, just 100 metres from the picturesque beach and promenade. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Surrounded by cafes and a few restaurants. We have a working yard and stables behind us with some beautiful horses. The Cottage is furnished throughout to a high standard having been fully renovated and maintained. It has a lovely deck area at the rear.

A quiet cosy cottage, hidden just steps away from Tynemouth’s famous Longsands and King Edwards Beaches. Favourites with local surfers and cold water swimmers. Longsands Hideaway offers a little pocket of peace amongst all the action. A 5-minute stroll from Tynemouth Front Streets array of boutique shops, restaurants, bars and the weekend Flea Market at the Victorian Station. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of daily life in the picturesque village of Lamesley Pastures, situated on the outskirts of the city of Newcastle. The best of both worlds with ease of access to stunning countryside and only a mile from the A1. Sleeping four this luxurious barn is an excellent choice for as a peaceful retreat. The Annexe

The Annexe on High Woodside Farm is an ideal location for couples or families who want to visit the North East of England It is a 15 minute drive to Durham and a 30 minute drive to Newcastle and Sunderland a 40 minute drive. The Annexe has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge on the ground floor with a bathroom, consisting of toilet, sink and shower and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. It is very light and modern and has a small courtyard.
