This cozy contemporary 6 BR, 4 1/2 BA home features an open concept kitchen and great spaces to either gather or tuck away for some quiet reading or writing. There's ample on-site parking, multiple decks, and a fenced backyard. Close, easy walk to beach, shells, dolphin watching, ships, restaurants, parks, history...or just rest and recharge. The minimum age to book our home is 25 years of age.

Marsh Top Suite - No Clean Fees!

This is a private master suite with private staircase, balcony, and entrance. The balcony overlooks the marsh, river, and ocean in the distance. Suite is locked off from the rest of the house and there is no shared space. King bed, 60 inch flat screen, large master bath with walk in shower, large master closet. Suite has own thermostat. Mini- fridge, microwave, and pod coffee maker with supplies provided. You are welcome to play basketball or use backyard. No guests are allowed in the pool.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

There are no structures blocking your view as the land beside this condominium is owned by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources for bird and turtle nesting. This also means it is quiet with lots of nature nearby including deer on the beach.

A screened porch is located off the dining area with extra dining space. WIFI internet access is provided.

This charming one-bedroom studio is nestled on a tidal creek in the picturesque Tybee Island North End neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach. The cozy and inviting studio includes a spacious bedroom, a full bath, and an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Enjoy the outdoor sitting area and easy access to the dock. One parking spot is provided for your convenience.

Best of both worlds. Great place to view herons, egrets even an occasional otter from the back porch, yet only a 6-minute walk to the secluded Tybee North Beach. After guests go down a private lane, relax and enjoy the tidal creek views and birds on. For cooler months, we have a fireplace.
