Luxurious home secluded location with rural views

The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

Converted barn, Cornwall

The Cottage is a converted barn, previously part of the Lanhydrock Estate. We live in The Farmhouse, Colesloggett. The properties sit in 9.8 acres with direct access to the A38 and A30. North and south coasts are 20 minutes’ drive. Whether you are looking for a quiet rural retreat, a walking, cycling, beach holiday or to see wildlife the barn has it all. It is unique that on the drive there is the Colesloggett Halt for the Bodmin and Wenford steam train. Cardinham woods are 5 minutes’ walk.

Located in an area of outstanding natural landscape it's nestled amongst lush farmland, woods and rolling hills, a true nature lovers paradise.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Bluebell cottage is in a country setting. Sleeps 2 adults and 1 infant. We have an abundance of Birds to watch, adjacent to the river. Beautiful gardens and woodland scenery. Enjoy sitting in the Garden with the birds and wildlife. The cottage has a homely feel with a fully fitted kitchen. Bathroom has a shower and bath. Bedroom has a double size bed and tv. Open plan kitchen with dining table and chairs. Smart Tv with Wi-Fi included. Travel cot available if required upon request.

Located adjacent to a stream, Birdsong is a place to connect with nature. Across the stream is a flood plain and view towards woods which attract an abundance of birdlife. Steps at the edge of our garden lead down to Birdsong & a secluded courtyard with fire pit. It truly is the perfect escape from it all which seems hard to believe when, only a stroll away, you’ll find grocery shops, restaurants, pubs and ever popular Camel Trail and bike hire to cycle to Padstow or inland.

Halamiling Barn is a deeply peaceful, beautiful, place to relax, unwind and socialise with family and friends. Enjoy strolling through the gardens, the three lakes and farmland. Cook in the superbly well equipped and spacious modern kitchen, enjoy cosy evenings by the fire, and maybe watch a film with the state of the art sound surround system. All interiors are furnished to a very high level of quality and artistic design. It is set in 50 acres of North Cornish farmland.

Treverbyn Vean Lodge is an enchanting, Grade II listed detached holiday house with a number of original features including Gothic windows, arched doorways and beamed ceilings. It is surrounded by almost an acre of garden with private access to the River Loveny, where guests can try their hand at fishing. You are often greeted by the local peacock Percy who has made this garden his home.
