Our local area has many hiking opportunities to explore, the Southern Illinois Wine Trail surrounds us, and the back roads have country views that are breathtaking. Our cabin will be waiting for your arrival or return, well equipped with a 55" TV above the gas fireplace, a comfortable King size bed, and an amazing back porch with a Weber Grill and huge hot tub.

Located on the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail, Farmhouse Cellars is located within our working winery at Feather Hills Vineyard & Winery. You have the opportunity to look in on the wine making process while enjoying a quiet, comfortable place to rest your head. This is a large space with open kitchen, living and sleeping areas. The front porch offers a beautiful sunset while looking over the vineyards and you are but a short walk from our tasting room where you can enjoy a tasting.

Standalone, 2 BR, light, airy, upstairs apartment for 4 guests. Full kitchen, coffee bar, washer/dryer. In our small village, there is a grocery store, bank, post office, Dollar Store, library, gas station, and a park are within walking distance. I-57 is one mile. We live near a railroad crossing. If you are a very light sleeper, they may wake you. Each bedroom has a desk and sitting area and the bedside table lamp bases have outlets to charge your phone or tablet.

Our cottage is located within the gates of Samsons Whitetail Mountain. Nestled near the Shawnee National Forest, allows for the best hiking, biking, and rock climbing locations. Plan a trip to Garden of the Gods or Jackson Falls or Tunnel Hill Trail and spend the evening roasting hotdogs around the fire ring while watching the many animals on the property. DOOR ACCESS CODE WILL BE SENT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
