Located in a private subdivision near Pagadian city airport,very secure area with 24 hrs security guard, very clean and quiet area. The house has 3 bedrooms fully airconditioned. Master's bedroom located downstairs with ensuite hot/cold shower and upstairs bedroom all air conditioned with shared bathrooms.Living area is fully airconditioned with 42 inches smart tv and cable . We have a private van that can be hire daily if guests required.

It has an air conditioned master’s bedroom with a cozy lounge area where you can watch the sun rises. The house also comes with a mini dining area, and a common restroom. The loft area can comfortably fit 4-6 people. Due to its low ceiling, it’s not ideal for seniors, people with disabilities, or those who prefer more space.
