Welcome to our Tranquil A-Frame Cottage! Relax, refocus and rejuvenate at this newly refurbished chalet perched on a secluded hill surrounded by evergreens. The perfect spot to disconnect from the hustle/bustle and technology. Modern amenities include gas fireplace, A/C, washer/dryer, TV, Record Player, DVD Player. Connect with nature, snuggle up by the fireplace, read a book, play a board game or listen to some vinyl and unwind. There is NO INTERNET but there is spotty LTE/cell service.

Tiny house, big adventure! Our very private off grid ( solar) tiny house is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of life. Perfect for a romantic getaway, there are meadows and ponds to explore, with trails through mature hardwood and cedar forests. For the rock hound there is an old mineral rich pink calcite gravel pit to explore. Enjoy the amazing views from the Balcony, gaze at the night sky, commune with the horses and marvel in the sights and sounds of nature while you refresh your soul.

Trackers' Cabin-HIKE IN-Pet Friendly-No Neighbours

This hike-in, solar cabin has it's own private hiking trail(100m, steep hill) and private parking area. The trail winds it's way up to your private view overlooking Golden Lake. You will feel tucked away in this cozy spot surrounded by mixed oak forest, sitting atop Canadian Shield rock formations. Please note cabin is COMPLETELY OFF GRID. NO RUNNING WATER, NO SHOWER. Endless potable water is provided for cooking and drinking. Solar generator and battery powered lanterns throughout the cabin for light at night. Pretty and modern outside bathroom (outhouse) located steps from cabin.

Forest Yurt

Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Welcome to The Squirrel Away! We have a 3 bedroom cottage on quiet and peaceful Jordan Lake. Suitable for 4 Adults and 3 kids or 6 adults. Cottage has a 6 person hot tub and a separate wood fired sauna at the water for you to enjoy year round. It sits above the lake facing south west for amazing views. It is heated by woodstove for that authentic cottage feel. Wood, x-country skis, snow shoes, and drilled well. There are 3 Kingsdown Queen sized beds with one having a single on top.
