Thunderbird: a haven for hikers, birders, artists

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. The Blue Lake Boutique is an experience all in itself. It’s the perfect mix of mid century meets southwest. Step back in time to our unique 1955 guesthouse where you will feel like you’re at a secluded mini resort, all while being just 1.5 miles to the U of A, 2.5 miles to Historic 4th Ave and 2.8 miles to downtown. Tucson International Airport is an easy 7 miles and Saguaro National Park East is 13 miles or Saguaro National Park West is 16 miles. Close to all Gem Show exhibits!

Little House in the Desert

Tiny Home. Very private. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of land surrounding. Separate driveway And huge lot area. Dog Ok. NO CATS New, extremely comfortable Queen memory foam/gel mattress in the bedroom and brand new Queen memory foam mattress in the pull out couch. This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.

West Tucson Guesthouse

This is a detached studio guesthouse that is approximately 280 sq. ft in size. It shares a porch with our main house but it has good privacy. It has a very comfortable queen size bed with 680 thread-count Pima cotton linens. The place is decorated minimally and tastefully with custom furniture and original artwork. It has great views and It also comes with a parking space. It was renovated in 2021 with new paint, (floor & walls) and new countertop.

1870 Adobe | Barrio Viejo | fire pit | downtwn

This unique, spacious, updated & authentic adobe is located in the historic Barrio Viejo of Tucson, nestled between downtown and Five Points. This desert Adobe has been abandoned since the 1970’s, but is now revitalized with new amenities, exposing the beautiful adobe walls and preserving the original ceilings. The fully stocked kitchen includes a gas range, dishwasher and granite countertops. Enjoy the smart TV in both the bedroom and living room.

Relax in this peaceful and centrally-located Tucson casita. I am a new homeowner and am excited to share my space with first-time and frequent visitors of Tucson. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the backyard offers peekaboo views of the Catalina mountains to the north. Easy access to the U of A (<4 miles) as well as all of the arts, eats, walking/hiking, views, and entertainment that Tucson has to offer!
