Take a break and unwind at our simple, peaceful oasis. Located on the corner of Post & Marr streets; 2 blocks walking distance from Bullocks grocery store, shops, restaurants and the TorC Brewery on Broadway, it is perfectly located to explore TorC. This 1928 stucco 2 bedroom house has a kitchen with breakfast nook, basement laundry and a walled private backyard with 2 cowboy tubs (single & group). The mineral water comes out of the ground naturally at 102 degrees for your soaking pleasure .

Although no garage access, there’s plenty of parking for all boating accessories. NEW APPLIANCES have recently been installed!

There are two natural hot springs tubs available, one indoor and one outdoor located in the common area which includes a dining/sitting area (with great bird watching) The four unit complex has a common washer and dryer as well as a laundry line.
