One The old smelting works, near Hall for Cornwall

The Old Smelting works is a building of historical importance. Around 1892 and next to Brunels viaduct, it was a Tin Smelting Works. In recent years it has been converted into four modern apartments but holding on to as much of it’s industrial history as possible. A very light space during the day and a cosy retreat at night. It is 5/10 minute walk to the city centre with shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking . We will leave everything you will need to have an easy and enjoyable stay. We are located in a quiet private road. Just to advise, I do not charge a cleaning fee but the extra service fee you are charged is taken by bnb .
