Prosser Dam Paradise- Close to town and reservoir

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on Prosser Dam Rd. Located minutes from Prosser Reservoir and a short distance to downtown Truckee, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the space you need for a wonderful stay. 6 guests are included in the price of the reservation. There are two sleeper sofas and the house can accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests 7 and 8 would be $50 per night per guest. Pets are allowed for a negotiable fee $$ depending on how many nights and how many pets!

Comfortable queen bed, workspace, dining table, Roku TV. Kitchen has mini fridge, microwave, airfryer, coffee maker, Keurig, stove top, and all the cooking essentials.

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.

This 2BR, 2BA Northstar Townhouse is the perfect blend of quiet scenery and convenience. The home backs up to 21 acres of forest land and boasts views of the black-diamond runs of Lookout Mountain. The village has multiple restaurants, shops, ice skating (winter), roller skating (summer), a movie theater, and of course world class ski/snowboard terrain.
