Du/ni kommer att älska mitt ställe pga av naturen, solen från morgon till kväll, lugnet, havet, de gigantiska fönsterna. Njut av lugnet, djurlivet. Huset är byggt för att få er att känna att ni är mitt i naturen fast inomhus. Ta gärna skogsvandringar i närområdet. Till huset tar ni er med fördel med motorbåten med en 4 hp roddbåt, som ingår, då det är ca 500m skogspromenad genom skogen från parkeringen. På vintern går ni genom skogen om båten inte ligger i vattnet.

Koppla av i en nybyggd villa i naturnära område med bubbelpool och fullt utrustat kök. Villan blev helt nybyggd och klar i Januari 2023. Vårt ställe ligger i natursköna Mem ca 1,2 mil från Söderköping.Här får du njuta av både natur och vatten. Här finns Kanalmagasinet, där kan man sommartid äta en god middag, eller bara njuta av en kopp kaffe och glass. Avstånd till badstrand ca 8 km. Europas största djurpark Kolmården finns inom ca 3,3 mils avstånd. Vårt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).
