L’alloggio è composto da un’ampia camera da letto con angolo cottura e da un confortevole bagno con doccia. Inoltre, il monolocale gode di un ampio balcone vista mare dove poter rilassarsi e godere di un magnifico panorama (23 mq interni + 15 di balcone). La spiaggia è facilmente accessibile a piedi sotto casa, mentre il centro si trova a soli 2 km (5 minuti in auto) mediante la ex 522.

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Il nostro palazzo si trova in centro storico nella zona ZTL (le strade di accesso sono molto strette per le macchine grandi .) con affaccio "mozzafiato " direttamente sul meraviglioso mare e la spiaggia Marina dell’ Isola el isole Eolie La casa ha muri di pietra con archi e travi a vista .Zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dal corso principale, dal Duomo e dalle scale che portano alla spiaggia sottostante. The apartment is placed in the heart of the center of Tropea at the ground floor of a building of notable historical merit and in one of the most famous place in the town (Piazza Galluppi). Ideal for couples and/or families with children. The apartment is carefully cleaned before each entry and bed linen and towels are provided. For all this there is an additional cost to be paid upon entry: Cleaning and check-in €60, linen €10 per person.
