First floor modern apartment situated on Carmarthenshire Coastal Path. 25 meters off Llanelli beach. The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower. Cosy spacious flat is ideal as a base to explore West Wales. The block is undergoing external renovation works from April to December 2026. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use hence the reduced price. Ideal for 4 guests but can fit up to 5 if 2 adults, 3 children

It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Gelli Hir Farm holiday cottage is a converted detached stone barn situated on a 70 acre equestrian holding with outstanding views over the surrounding countryside. There is no enclosed garden area and the spaces are open. The cottage is based in a quiet rural area but close to shopping centres, tourist attractions and castles.
