Na drugom katu se nalazi kuhinja, kupaona, dnevni boravak, dvije spavaće sobe i balkon s pogledom na more i otok Krk. Na prostranoj terasi nalazi se natkriveni prostor sa roštiljem i prostorom za sjedenje. U sklopu kuće nalazi se terasa, ležaljke i vrtna garnitura. Cijela kuća gostima je na raspolaganju sa privatnim parkingom.
