Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto online il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per l'intero soggiorno per tutto il gruppo) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori però l'ultimo piano ha il vantaggio di non avere umidità o muffa. The apartment, on the first floor, completely renovated and furnished offers every comfort for a pleasant stay. Free parking at 10min walk, train station to Venice 15 minutes walk, airport bus 2 minutes. The area is pedestrian and offers tranquility, relaxation and poetry of other times. NB. The air conditioning is in the hall and has limited power.
