The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.

It is a comfortable, modern, and well-equipped space featuring a large, open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen with a separate bedroom and ensuite. The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 (5 at a push). There is free, on-site parking and the apartment is a short distance from the Eden Project, the Historic Port of Charlestown, and many beautiful beaches.
