There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, amazing views across the Carrack Roads and we are only a short walk to the stunning St Just Church and 5 min drive to the very popular and exclusive village of St Mawes recently voted the best seaside destination in the uk and the best in Cornwall. As stated this is our family home, as such there may be some marks on the carpets etc
