This 180-sm, 6-room apartment (featuring 5 bedrooms) is located on first floor of a building in Grafenwöhr that was renovated in 2022. All windows are fitted with insect screens and electric roller shutters. Free Wi-Fi and a landline telephone (for domestic calls) are provided. The living room is equipped with a SAT-TV and a stereo system. The kitchen features a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. There are two bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink, and shower.

Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 200 m entfernt und ist leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. In 10 Minuten können Sie zu Fuß das Gate 1 erreichen.

Die Dachgeschoßwohnung hat 2 Zimmer und ein Bad. Durchgang durch Korridor 1.Stock. Einrichtung siehe Fotos. Waschmaschine im Bad 1.Stock kann mitgenutzt werden. Mein Haus liegt am Rande eines Dorfes mit Blick in die schöne, sehr nahe Natur. Oberbibrach liegt 25 km südlich von Bayreuth (Richard Wagner Festspiele, Universität, Bierstadt, viel Kultur, Lohengrintherme), 80 km östlich von Nürnberg, 30 km westlich vom Fichtelgebirge, 50 km westlich der tschechischen Grenze.
