Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

While staying here you are within and hour of Williamsport Pa., Corning & Watkins Glen N.Y. Wellsboro Pa. home to the Grand Canyon and many more beautiful places. Troy is home to the Troy Fair in July, Maple Festival in April & Heritage Festival in September . 2 Mile drive to town. Sit on the porch and enjoy a cocktail or morning coffee.

Lakefront Cabin

My place is close to 2 state parks with amazing hiking trails and waterfalls. You’ll love the home because of the coziness, light, and natural surroundings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Enjoy sitting on the over sized deck overlooking the lake while swinging on the porch swing. Or grill some food on the brand new propane grill while admiring the view. There is also an outdoor fire pit area available above the cabin as well.

The Cottage at Grovedale

This tiny house, at a mere 234 square feet, is the perfect place to get in touch with nature, wine, and northeastern PA. Situated on historic Grovedale Farm, you have access to the winery and the property. It boasts modern amenities, such a heated towel bar, hot tub, and cozy fireplace. It has a comfortable loft, but also has a ground level pull out sofa. It is not far from gorgeous hiking trails and local kayak rentals. We are excited to welcome you! You must be 21 to book. No pets allowed.

Relax in the endless mountains of beautiful Sullivan County Pennsylvania at this quiet, clean and efficient modular home. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus extra room with an air mattress. Watch the deer graze in the back yard, walk into lovely downtown Dushore for lunch or dinner, check out local wineries, fish in the local ponds and hike in state parks (20-30 minutes away). Very quiet and peaceful. No dogs, cats or other animals allowed. Perfect for a summer weekend or hunting season.
