The Nook

A compact, cosy self contained 1 bedroom chalet 50 yards from the cliffs. 104 yards from the beach and the legendary Porth Island, where locals and tourist gather with cameras to capture that perfect sunset. This location really is as good as it gets! Guests can also borrow the Kayak’s for an evening paddle round the island. Our lodge is a cosy getaway tucked in a small, scenic and quiet park. It's a short walk from Bossiney Bay, a wonderful tidal cove that is dog-friendly all year round (Pathway to cove has steep steps) It's also close to both Boscastle and Tintagel in North Cornwall. Offering a master bedroom with double bed and dressing table and a second room with two small single beds, this accommodation is perfect for a get-away-from-it-all break or a relaxed week or two. Snuggling in a wooded corner of our paddock the cabin is a lovely secluded escape for two. In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.
