Il Fienile ha due piani da 60 mq(120mq tot): al piano primo l'ampia e luminosa zona giorno e al piano terra la camera con bagno. È presente un giardino privato arredato.

Le parti comuni (cortile e scale) sono fruibili ma ad utilizzo non esclusivo ma condiviso.
