Also an easy 30 min Drive to Beaver Stadium & PSU state College. We are located on a private lane, & altho there are other houses in close proximity, we are a quiet neighborhood! Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.

The cabin is located only 20 miles from Penn State University, making it the ideal place to stay while attending events at University Park. 3 bedroom basement apartment. Quiet country setting. Located 30 miles from St. College, home of Penn State. 15 miles from Raystown Lake for boating, swimming or fishing. Close to Rails to Trails for hiking or biking. Also near the Little Juniata River for trout fishing(regulated as All Tackle Catch and Release). We also border State Game Lands. 55" tv and 250 channels SUV or 4 wheel drive is recommended for winter. Please use Google GPS and check in instructions.

Located within 30 minutes of downtown State College, the cabin has historic charm, modern amenities, and plenty of private outdoor space to relax. With three bedrooms, two full baths, fully stocked kitchen, multiple living areas and outdoor dining areas, the cabin has plenty of space for everyone. Very strict NO SMOKING rule.

We have extensively remodeled this special home and brought it forward from the 1960s while maintaining its character, including the original wrought iron railing and open vaulted living room. We've also incorporated some elements of Altoona's history into the home. It's the perfect cozy and welcoming space to rest and relax whether traveling for work, visiting family, or exploring the beautiful surrounding area.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, hot water shower
