Rocky Valley towards the sea and Bossiney Cove (ideal beach for swimming) are just 30 minutes walk away and you can't leave without having a drink at The Port William, Trebarwith Strand with it's sea views Also nearby is Port Isaac, Rock, Bude and Bodmin moor.

The castle can also be seen by walking the flat path behind the church. King Arthur’s Halls of Chivalry are worth a visit with its stunning round table.

Carpenters Cottage is a peaceful, and comfortable hideaway between Tintagel and Boscastle. The cottage is fully equipped for self catering and is perfect for anyone who loves to be near the sea and is particularly good for walkers. The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from. The Chalet is a self-contained wood-built cabin in the grounds of Haven View, perched on the side of the valley and overlooking the dramatic cliffs and beach of Crackington Haven.
