Hoeve Coudewater is een zeer ruime eigentijdse vakantiewoning met privé-ingang en is onlangs gerenoveerd in een deel van een langgevelboerderij, waar ooit de koeienstal en hooizolder was. De woonruimte beschikt op de begane grond over een entree, een volledig ingerichte keuken, een eethoek en een zithoek met uitzicht op de koeienweide.
