We are happy to rent out our separat guesthouse with sitting area, large dining table that can also be used for work, fitness corner and a 2-person bed. The bathroom and toilet are separate. A private terrace has also been thought of. The "Tilburg University" railway station is within walking distance, as is the walking forest. An AH, Subway and Taco Mundo are also nearby. This quietly located accommodation is tastefully decorated. Enjoy the birds and the space. Parking is free on the street.

Fijne tussenwoning in hartje centrum Breda

This townhouse in the center of Breda is tastefully decorated, is fully equipped, in good condition and features a south-facing garden. The house is located 10 minutes on foot from the center near the university. Cooking utensils, iron, washing machine, fitness equipment and wifi are provided, among others. The bed is 140 x 200 cm so a bit more cosy when you sleep together. If you come by car be aware of payed parking. At the front door there is a ring doorbell that overviews the outside entree.

Suitable for couples and small families.

Welkom in ons prachtig opgeknapte, knusse, landelijke huisje met eigen oprit en tuintje. Gemakkelijk te bereiken vanaf de snelweg, maar slechts enkele minuten lopen naar natuurpark 'De Maashorst' en dichtbij natuurpark 'Herperduin'. Beide parken zijn rijk aan wandel- en fietsroutes, en op loopafstand kun je genieten van een zwemvijver met witte stranden, en diverse visplekjes.
